Traditional Chinese edition of Planetary Citizenship: Your Values, Beliefs and Actions Can Shape a Sustainable World

HONG KONG, China: The Commercial Press (H.K.) has published a traditional Chinese edition of Planetary Citizenship: Your Values, Beliefs and Actions Can Shape a Sustainable World, a dialogue between Dr. Hazel Henderson and Daisaku Ikeda. The work explores the rise of "grassroots globalists"--ordinary citizens taking responsibility to build a more peaceful, harmonious and sustainable future--and affirms the belief that a positive change of heart in just one person can make a meaningful difference to the future of humanity.

Dr. Henderson is a renowned futurist, evolutionary economist and consultant on sustainable development to more than 30 governments, international agencies and research organizations. Mr. Ikeda and Dr. Henderson have met twice--in 1998 and again in 2000--and Planetary Citizenship is the culmination of the discussions they have shared during their meetings and through their correspondence until the dialogue's original publication in Japanese in 2002.

To date, Planetary Citizenship is also available in Japanese, English, Portuguese, Italian and French.
