HO CHI MINH CITY, Vietnam: Publisher Viet Long Culture Co. has released a Vietnamese edition of Revolutions: To Green the Environment, To Grow the Human Heart, a dialogue between Dr. M.S. Swaminathan and Daisaku Ikeda. In Revolutions, the authors provide perspectives on science and religion in relation to the human spirit, tracing the 20th-century movements that have led humanity to its present global moment, which Dr. Swaminathan describes as "a crossroads on our way to ultimate happiness."

A plant geneticist by training, Dr. Swaminathan has been called "The Father of Economic Ecology" for his contributions to the agricultural renaissance in India. A former president of the Pugwash Conferences on Science and World Affairs, he is a leading proponent of applying the rationality of science to improve the quality of life and all that sustains it.

To date, Revolutions is also available in Japanese, English and Italian.
