Ernst Ulrich von Weizsäckerr (1939–) is former dean of the Donald Bren School of Environmental Science and Management at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and currently co-president of the Club of Rome. His books include Factor Five: Transforming the Global Economy through 80% Improvements in Resource Productivity.
