Hazel Henderson (1933–2022) was a world-renowned futurist, evolutionary economist, environmental activist and served as consultant on sustainable development in over 30 countries. Dr. Henderson was founder of various grassroots movements and received an honorary doctorate from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Massachusetts.
