New Gorbachev-Ikeda Dialogue Serialized in Japanese

TOKYO, Japan: Japanese literary magazine Ushio will serialize, beginning with its February 2009 issue, a new round of discussions between Mikhail S. Gorbachev and Daisaku Ikeda on the renaissance of humanity in the twenty-first century. The dialogue, Shinseiki no akebono (tentative English: Dawn of the New Century), is a sequel to the coauthors' first work, Moral Lessons of the Twentieth Century: Gorbachev and Ikeda on Buddhism and Communism, which was originally serialized in Ushio between 1995 and 1996, and later published in English, German, Russian, Italian, French, Hangul, simplified and traditional Chinese and Icelandic.
