Taiwan Government Cites On Being Human as a "Good Health Book"

TAIPEI, Taiwan: The Chinese edition of On Being Human, published by Cheng Yin Culture Enterprise, was recently chosen as a "2007 Good Health Book" by the Taiwanese Department of Health's Bureau of Health Promotion for its contributions to holistic health and health education. The work, a dialogue on physical, mental and spiritual health between cancer researcher René Simard, bioethicist Guy Bourgeault and Daisaku Ikeda, also won the silver award in the Health category of ForeWord Magazine's 2003 Book of the Year Awards.
